28 Day Challenge

Our 28 Day Challenge gives you all the tools you need to become the best version of yourself, physically and mentally.
Think of it as the perfect way to kickstart your transformational journey with us.
To complete the challenge you must:
- Attend a minimum of 4 Project classes of choice per week.
- Commit to our nutritional programming personalised to you.
- Take body stat assessments (weight, measurements, pictures) before and after - Welcome guide will contain personal assessment detail.
- Commit to our 7 Healthy Habit Guidebook (steps, morning routine, sleep, hydration etc.)
- No cheat days!
Your level of application here will determine your result.
In exchange of your commitment you will receive:
- Unlimited access to all Project DXB classes inc. S+C, Pure Strength, Metcon, and Team Challenge - We have over 15 classes per week available for you to attend FULL SCHEDULE
- Nutritional kickstart plan with guided calorie and macro targets.
- Welcome email with educational guides, and initial assessment form.
- Access to Online Members Lounge.
- Access to Coaching, Ongoing Support, and Community.
